An electronic mail (e-mail) is way of communication using either a computer or an electronic device to create and send message(s) to other individual(s) over a network. Notes on the messages can be written or entered from a keyboard and then sent to one or more recipients through Internet connection networks. E-mail is a type of speed communication as it only takes seconds or minutes long to arrive at the recipient compared to any regular mail delivery service.
Anyone and everyone in this world can use, send and receive e-mails as long as they own an e-mail address. With each Internet access service subscribed, most of their service provider will give them an e-mail address or else, users can sign up to get it from the public mail services. The most popular free e-mail services that we can get today are Gmail from Google or Yahoo!'s RocketMail, Ymail and Yahoo! Mail.
Each address should have an identifying name or word, followed by an @ sign and end with a domain name. For example, I choose abcd1234 as the name together with a Gmail service which has a domain name of gmail.com at the end, so the address would be abcd1234@gmail.com. In order, to send an e-mail successfully to a particular recipient, their address has to be typed in complete form without any error.
